Gibraltar oversaw the renovation of a wealth management corporate office, beginning with demolition and disposal of existing finishes, including tile, carpet, and decorative panels. Floor protection was provided throughout the project, and new framing and drywall were completed along with patching and preparation for trade coordination. Electrical and data work included rough-ins, new lighting, switches, receptacles, Connectrac raceways, and data racks, all delivered under permit with seismic approval.
The finishing scope featured new carpet and tile flooring, a stone feature wall, and integrated greenery to enhance the family room. Custom millwork included wood slats, a circular ceiling feature, and MDF baseboards, with owner-supplied aircraft cables installed as specified. Protection, cleaning, and full supervision ensured the office was turned over in a polished and functional condition.
