Gibraltar was engaged by a marine transport company to build its north american head office in the infancy of the global pandemic in Canada. Our team’s safety was our number one priority.

Work was scheduled in phases ensuring all parties could work safely while maintaining a project schedule. Work was done in shifts, day and night to capitalize on this.

A full tenant improvement was completed with a team of engineers and consultants on budget and schedule. Expectations were met and surpassed as construction safety and finish quality were always top of mind.
