Heritage Building Restoration

Gibraltar Construction was hired to revitalize one of the City of Surrey's heritage sites in Cloverdale. The project encompassed many components including the installation of new windows, repainting, structural repairs, electrical upgrades, installing period-accurate fixtures, hardwood flooring, a new roof, and comprehensive exterior work, seamlessly blending the past with modern functionality.
