Gibraltar Construction was contracted for a lobby upgrade in one of the Downtown Vancouver towers. The scope of this commercial space included scanning and coring, custom millwork, flooring, sprinkler and HVAC work, painting, and finishing.
A living wall and greenery were used to create ambiance while maintaining a clean and professional space. Cleanliness and safety during this project were major contributors to its success.
The stakeholders were updated with progress reports every week, ensuring a timely completion.
