Initio Medical Imaging Clinic Construction

Gibraltar Construction successfully delivered a state-of-the-art PET/CT medical imaging clinic for Initio, featuring dedicated patient preparation areas, and integrated control zones. 

Our team coordinated and managed the construction of partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, millwork, and essential electrical and mechanical systems. The project involved specialized demolition after hours, precise framing and drywall installation, advanced floor leveling and flooring installations, and critical scanning for layout verification. 

We also handled the installation of lead shielding, the removal and reinstallation of heaters, and modifications to exterior glazing with temporary hoarding solutions.

A dedicated Gibraltar site manager oversaw the project throughout its duration, ensuring smooth collaboration with imaging equipment suppliers, IT, and security partners.
