Periodontic Clinic

Gibraltar Construction successfully built a 2,200 sqft periodontist office featuring six operatory rooms, a sterilization area, and a lab. Our team coordinated and managed the construction of partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, millwork, and essential electrical and mechanical systems.

The project involved complex scanning and coring for numerous utilities and close collaboration with various external parties including dental equipment suppliers, IT, and security while ensuring a smooth construction schedule. A dedicated Gibraltar site manager oversaw the project throughout its duration.
