Gibraltar and the client collaborated on a multi-floor, multi-phase complex corporate office renovation project in an occupied space over six months. Detailed scheduling and execution were key factors in this project’s successful completion.
The project scope included permit acquisition, framing and drywall, glazing, millwork, flooring, coring, HVAC, and mechanical upgrades, along with specialty finishes, all accompanied by quality control measures to ensure Gibraltar standards were consistently met.
The project was completed with a comprehensive waste management report, submission of O&M manuals, and backed by a 2-year warranty.
